From Sylvia Demarco, the owner of the beloved Dreamcatcher hotel in San Juan, comes the debut of Finca Victoria an altruistic bohemian retreat on Vieques, renovated and restored after the hurricanes with respect to the land, food and culture of Puerto Rico.
