Rethinking Island Food

CuisinArt Golf Resort & Spa and its new sister property, The Reef by Cuisinart, both located on the white-sand beaches of Anguilla, are shining a brilliant light on what we consider island fare when on vacation.  Most wouldn’t consider the Caribbean a foodie destination, but Executive Chef Jasper Schneider offers a true gastronomic journey using local flavors and the freshest ingredients from the resort’s onsite Hydroponic Farm, which happens to be the first of its kind in the Caribbean.
