Guests can choose to rent from a variety of properties ranging from two- to-eight-bedroom homes. Albany’s villas come in three distinctive styles: beachfront, ocean view and courtyard villas, with many including private pools. Custom homes in a range of architectural styles are situated throughout the community, with several along the beach and the championship golf course. Centrally located in the community is Albany Marina, a 71-slip mega-yacht marina designed by Robert A.M. Stern, offering a safe port for mega-yachts up to 250 feet in length. Surrounding the marina are a collection of exquisite residential buildings designed by renowned architects such as Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG), the late Charles Gwathmey of Gwathmey Siegel Kauffman, OOAK (One-of-a-Kind Architects), Morris Adjmi Architects, Squire and Partners, and others, with some residences and penthouses spanning up to 10,000 square feet.
Guests have access to the 18-hole Ernie Els-designed championship golf course, home to the annual Hero World Challenge PGA TOUR event hosted by Tiger Woods’ TGR Foundation. The golf facilities include exceptional practice facilities with TrackMan Range, NINETEEN Restaurant and Grill, pro shop, and The Shed Performance Center offering custom club fittings powered by True Spec Golf.
Albany’s restaurants are all stunning beachside locations within the community and include both casual and fine dining concepts from the popular Aviva, Vesper and WAVE to the centrally located family-friendly Footprints. Bisou Bisous, the French café and patisserie located at the marina offers both breakfast and lunch. In the fitness and wellness area, Revive caters to customers looking for smoothies and cold-pressed juices.
Pool and beachside amenities include the Beach Club, sought-after for its craft cocktails and oversize chaises, the Azul Adult Pool, an infinity-edge pool with private cabanas surrounded by the beach and ocean views beyond. The expansive Racquet Center offers six tennis courts, six outdoor and one indoor padel courts (with two more under construction – estimated completion winter 2024) and two pickleball courts. Albany is a paradise for kids as well as for adults, with special programs created for toddlers through teens. The Sports Pavilion and Arena provide endless sports and recreational activities for children, teens and adults including a full-sized NBA regulation basketball court, beach volleyball, baseball batting cage and pitching machine, bowling alley, pool tables and table tennis, Full Swing Simulator, shuffleboard, corn hole, indoor five-a-side football, laser tag, foam archery, an outdoor soccer pitch, kids’ playground, ziplining, indoor trampoline park, and a food truck, with a skate park and gaming experience coming winter 2024.
